At DAVINIS, you can easily and quickly return your package within 14 days of receipt.
Follow the steps below to send your order back:
1. Log in to Your Account
Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll automatically have an account. Log in to your Davinis account and select the order you’d like to return.
2. Request a Return
Open your order, select the product you want to return, and request a return by clicking -> Request Return.
3. You Will Receive a Confirmation Email
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email for your return. We will approve your request as soon as possible.
4. Print Your Return Label
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Click “Print Return Label” and print the label.
5. Pack Your Return
Return the product in its original condition and packaging. Make sure the package is securely and safely packed. Attach the return label to the shipping box.
6. Drop Off Your Package
Drop off the package at the nearest parcel point of the designated shipping carrier.
7. Refund
Once we have received your return, we will refund the product amount within 14 days. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
