How to Return
At DAVINIS, you can easily and quickly return your package within 14 days of receipt.
Follow the steps below to send your order back:
1. Log in to Your Account
Log in to your DAVINIS account and open the order you wish to return.
2. Request a Return
Open your order, select the product you want to return, and request a return by clicking Request Return.
3. You Will Receive a Confirmation Email
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email for your return. We will approve your request as soon as possible.
4. Print Your Return Label
After your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. ClickPrint Return Labeland print your return label.
5. Pack Your Return
Return the product in its original condition and packaging. Make sure the package is securely and safely packed. Attach the return label to the shipping box.
6. Drop Off Your Package
Drop off the package at the nearest parcel point of the designated shipping carrier.
7. Refund
Once we have received your return, we will refund the product amount within 14 days. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Prefer a different product, color, or style? No worries! Order your favorite item and return the other one as described above. That way, you can quickly enjoy your new order.
Complaints
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? That’s certainly not what we want. We’re happy to help! Send a photo or video of the issue and contact our customer service. We will make sure it’s resolved quickly.
