Were should I hang birdie?
One Birdie is enough to cover a room of up to 100 m². We recommend placing Birdie in the room where you spend most of your time, at a height of 1.5–2.5 metres. This gives Birdie a good view of the air you breathe.
Battery & charging
Birdie has a battery life of up to 6–8 months on a single charge. When your little bird falls onto its side, it’s time to recharge. Simply connect Birdie with the included USB-C cableand bring your bird back to life. Charging takes around 8 hours.

Why a bird?
Back in the days, mine workers would bring a canary into the coal mine to detect toxic gases. When the bird fainted or stopped singing, it was time to get out. With its built-in CO₂ sensor, Birdie works in a similar way, but in your home, office or classroom.
How it works
Birdie keeps an eye on the CO₂ levels in your room. When the air quality is good, the bird stays upright. When CO₂ levels get too high, Birdie drops down, letting you know it’s time to open a window and bring your little bird back to life. Once the air is fresh again, Birdie stands back up.
